Alan L. Raines is one of the founders and a partner of the firm. He provides litigation services and legal counsel to his small business and emerging business clients. Alan brings over 18 years of litigation experience to the firm, and has represented clients in litigation and arbitration matters throughout the State.
Prior to founding the firm, Alan gained valuable litigation experience at a national law firm in the Fort Lauderdale office, and at a prominent Fort Lauderdale-based law firm, in which he handled complex litigation matters in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate related litigation, construction litigation, and probate and trust litigation. Alan uses his broad litigation experience in representing his clients in the federal and state courts of Florida. Alan regularly represents his clients in disputes both in and outside of the courtroom.
Alan strives to protect the legal interests of his business clients in a variety of industries including construction, condominium and homeowners’ association law, interior design, health/wellness, manufacturing, retail, restaurants, technology services. Alan has been named as a Super Lawyer in the Business Litigation category in 2018, and was previously named a rising star by Florida Super Lawyers from 2012-2017. Alan served as an elected representative for the 17th Judicial Circuit on the Florida Bar Board of Governors, Young Lawyers Division, from 2009-2013, and remains active in the Florida Bar.
Alan resides in Boca Raton with his wife Nicole, and two sons Max and Ari.
