Natalie is an associate in our firm’s franchise, litigation and commercial leasing practices areas. Natalie has become a team leader in the franchise dispute resolution and lease negotiation arenas.
Natalie M. Restivo is an associate attorney at Wasch Raines in the firm’s franchise, litigation, and commercial leasing practice groups. Natalie has served as second chair in franchise litigation trials throughout the State of Florida and assists with disputes in federal and state court and in arbitration. Natalie regularly assists franchisor clients with general counsel tasks such as drafting Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs), updating FDDs, state registrations, and related matters.
Natalie represents franchisee, tenants and landlords in lease reviews and negotiations throughout the country. Natalie works seamlessly with national franchisors and commercial brokers to ensure that their needs are covered and addressed in lease negotiations.
Natalie graduated magna cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Restivo worked for five years as a paralegal at a Deerfield Beach, Florida, law firm. She also clerked for the firm for two years before graduation from Nova. While in law school, Natalie was a recipient of a Law Merit Scholarship and was awarded with six separate top-grade awards for classes including legal writing and research, will and trust drafting, professional responsibility and real estate transactions. Ms. Restivo made the Dean’s List every semester of her law school career.
Ms. Restivo lives in Boca Raton, Florida with her husband, Justin, and her dog Bella.
