Raines of Raines Legal today announced the formation of Wasch Raines LLP, a firm specializing in transactional and litigation matters involving business, corporate and franchise law. Lawyer Norman L. Joseph Wasch concentrates his practice on the areas of corporate transactional law, franchise law, and trademark matters. Mr. Wasch provides to his clients services including business structuring, entity organization and corporate governance, acquisitions and sales of businesses, employment law and HR, business litigation, and complex commercial transactions. Alan Raines is an experienced commercial litigator in the areas of complex business litigation, real estate litigation, community association law, construction law, and probate and trust litigation. His clients primarily include construction companies, community associations, real estate-related entities, small business owners, and homeowners involved in disputes. Mr. Raines has been named a rising star by Florida Super Lawyers, and he serves as a representative for the 17th Judicial Circuit on the Florida Bar Board of Governors, Young Lawyers Division.

Adam Wasch represents businesses and individuals as trial counsel in a variety of practice areas in both federal and state court.
