Alan L. Raines focuses his practice on representing businesses, home owners associations, condominium associations, construction companies, and buyers/sellers of commercial and residential real estate. Alan devotes his practice primarily to litigation matters but also serves as general counsel to a large Florida-based general contractor and other small businesses. He is active in the Florida Bar as a former elected member of the Florida Bar Board of Governors, Young Lawyers Division.
Adam G. Wasch focuses his practice on franchise and business law. Adam serves as general counsel to dozens of startup, emerging and established franchisors. Adam counsels businesses looking to expand through franchising, and he prepares Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and related documents necessary to franchise a business. Adam represents franchisees in dispute with their franchisors in state court, federal court, arbitration and through alternative dispute resolution. For prospective franchisees, Adam and his franchise team regularly conducts franchisee lease reviews as a preferred vendor for established franchisors and reviews FDDs. Adam is an active member of the ABA Forum on Franchising.
